Like many commodity traders, Lex uses seasonality analysis to determine whether there is apparent strength or weakness in price at certain points of the year owing to cyclical supply and demand factors. In the case of gold, demand from the jewelry trade in India tends to support prices during the summer months, whilst other months tend to be repeatedly weaker when observed over a number of years. This tool will further your analytical process and consider the seasonal effects that may help you determine a better time to enter or exit your position.
